Shipping Information

All display cases are shipped within the number of days shown on each product page, though we aim to ship them as soon as possible.

If you need it quicker than the times quoted then please contact us before ordering.

 All delivery times quoted on this page are the delivery times quoted to us by the courier companies, they are not guaranteed by us and are completely outside of our control. We cannot be held responsible for any of the couriers missing delivery deadlines.

All payments are taken upon the order being placed, all  products are shipped within the time frame shown on each of the product pages, if you need your display case for a specific date please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate that.

Please note delivery times quoted are the delivery times after your order has shipped, not the delivery times after you have placed your order, Next Day Delivery does not mean you will receive it the next day after you place your order, it means it should be delivered the next working day after it is shipped. Please see product details for shipping times.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked

This method of postage is for lighter items,  delivery would normally take 2 days, and the parcel is tracked,. If there is no-one to receive delivery a card will be left (we do get quite a few customers who do not get left a card, so if you receive an email confirming dispatch and it does not arrive within a few days, then check back with us to confirm it has been posted and then check with your post office) and the parcel will be returned to your local post office. The post office will keep it for 1 week before returning it to us. 

Courier

This is our standard next day service (apart from delivery to Europe which will take longer), We use Parcelforce or DPD, They will email or text to give you an approximate delivery time so you do not have to stay in all day.
