The acrylic display cover is fabricated from 3mm thick acrylic and supplied as a single piece, so there is no self assembly required. We have fabricated it from three pieces of acrylic, the front, top and back are made from one piece with 2 bends in the acrylic to form the three faces, the sides are then solvent welded onto it, finally they are machined and polished to provide a smooth professional finish. The acrylic cover will not only protect from over 90% of UV light, it will also protect your displayed item from dust and inquisitive fingers. The display cover is easily removable and can be lifted from the base to easily gain access to your displayed item.
The base of this display case is made from a single piece of 5mm thick acrylic, this gives a very minimalistic look. The base is available in a choice 3 colours, black, clear or white.
The base has a rebate machined around the outside edges, which creates a step that the display cover sits on. The internal sizes for this display case are listed below.
