Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

These terms and conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these.

This does not affect your statutary rights as a consumer.

Purchasing from us

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods. We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address given on the "Contact Us " page.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Care immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order.

Prices are checked regularly, however if we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Subject to not selling below our cost price.

Allow 5 working days for cheque clearance from day of receipt. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.

Delivery

We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery date. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you. In the unlikely event of experiencing any problems please contact us. We will acknowledge all questions or queries within a maximum period of 48 hours (within working hours and excluding weekends, bank holidays etc).

Postage

Below is a guide to the methods of posting normally used when despatching goods :

Delivery within the UK Only

Small items - First Class Recorded Post.

Items over 2kg - Parcelforce 48hr Recorded Parcel Post or 24hr Recorded Parcel Post.

If you wish to use an alternative method of posting, details can be provided on request.

Model Display Cases reserves the right to use whichever method of posting it deems to be the most suitable at any time.

Damaged or defective goods

We will supply goods that are guaranteed free from defects in materials and workmanship usually for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return to us at no cost to you or replace them. However, under Trading Standards law, items deemed to have faulty manufacture or materials are only eligable for exchange or full refund if they are returned within 14 days of purchase. Therefore, please examine all goods as soon as you receive them and notify us immediately if you find anything wrong.
